  My girlfriend and I came in late at night for some food. While we were ordering, one of the food associates was yelling at a customer who claimed he had made his food wrong. The food associate, whose name is Ed, was making food with gloves on. He then left the kitchen with his gloves still on grabbed a bag of chips from the aisle and threw them at the other associate to make my girlfriend's order. He then walked to a back room grabbed some stock and came back into the kitchen. All of this was done with his gloves still on his hands. He went back to making food with the same gloves still unchanged. My girlfriend went up to him and politely asked that he changed his gloves. His exact response was " I'm not making your food". I'm sorry but I'm pretty sure that the customers food he was making would have appreciated him putting in a fresh pair of gloves. My girlfriend then walked up to the cashier up front and told her about the fact that Ed pretty much refused to change his gloves. Brooke (the cashier) came back and told us the same thing that he's not making our food. That is vile and disgusting. So Brooke finally convinced him to change his gloves. And while we were standing there amongst the other customers who had ordered food he said rather loudly "well I'm just going to go slow now". So while there were people that ordered food after us, they got their food way before we did. So we finally get our food and walk out of the store. My girlfriend forgot to grab a fork so she went back in and when she did she overheard Ed complaining to the cashier about her. This was horrible and disgusting customer service and we will never be coming back to this Rutters again. Upon leaving as quickly as we possibly could. We get home and the burger that I had ordered was missing the burger patty and about half of everything I ordered was actually on the burger. The pepperjack cheese bites had Mac and cheese bites mixed in and my girlfriend's order was also messed up.

  Never got food there. I always get a bottle of soda and leave. I pay for it. Yeah its about Avarege service from associates. Someone here thought I was going to steal while I was waiting in line to pay with one thing in my hand.
